Shipping Timeframes
At Lilac Sunday, we are a small Melbourne-based brand and we ship from Victoria, Australia.
- Australia (Domestic):
• Victoria / Melbourne: Usually 1–3 business days
• Other states: 3–7 business days (tracked via Australia Post)
• Standard Shipping: $9.00
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 - International: 7–21 business days (varies by location and customs). Please contact us for a quote.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey ♡
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Lilac Sunday is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Change of Mind
You may return unworn items in original packaging for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
We’ll happily arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
🌼 Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
